ok i made a post hours ago about major lag and now i got this new bug..

when i lunch sro after i was dced, it's not loading so i decided to reinstall sro again but when i tried to reinstall sro it says "this client file that can be used after the europe update"

what's going on??

Start ie close ie > Try to install

Make sure it's closed, not just 'closed' that a lot of programs do.
