Silkroad Online Forums

So I'm tryigng to get silkroad running on my brothers laptop. I've got it all downloaded and installed but whenever I try to start it up it doesn't work. Starting the game normally I click the start button and the gameguard and silkroad banners pop up but after the silkroad banner disappears it's like it wants to load the start-up screen but instead it just goes all black and nothing happens. I've left it for like 20 minutes to see if it's just slow but it stops loading it.

Computer specs:

512mb ram
Pentium 4 2.4GHZ
ATI Radeon IGP 345M

I know it's not great but I've run sro on worse before. All the drivers are updated, I know it can be run on this because I can run more graphic intense games on here fine. I'm at a loss and could use any advice you got.

It could be that Silkroad doesn't support your graphics card, so the only way to fix that is to get a new one

That and you just meet minimum XD although it should run...

512Mb, i recommend 1k I got 1k and i am short (got 166 left) ...

Naw I've got 384mb of ram on my laptop and it runs it just fine... well laggy in town but ya

Posei, the same happend to me a few months ago. Let me guess, you could hear the theme but the screen was black right? You have to get a new graphics card =/
