game freeze/crash when teleport back to town

Hi guys, I been having this problem quite awhile now, still have no idea how to fix this problem. Been serching the forum too, but can't find a solution on how to fix it. Please share your knowlege, it will be greatly appriciate. Thanks in advance

thanks for helping, i dont have this problem before only occur lately. most of the time got that runtime error c++, but this issue happens more now.

its been happening to me off and on, its more than likely heavy traffic/lag, too much for some pc's sometimes.
