Here's a problem!

My computer completely shuts off and is hard to start up again once off. Only happens during full window programs that use some processing power it seems (SILKROAD). This problem wasn't occuring before until just recently. I think I've had the same problem a while back and we reformatted and everything was fine until now. I can't think of anything recently that I've done that would cause this.

I've run my anti-virus, spybot S&D, Adaware and everything seems to be okay. Any Ideas/Suggestions/Fixes would be appreciated.

I received this when my computer restarted and said "you have recovered from a serious error."

Check your fan and the ventilation around the tower. Sounds to me like your box is overheating.

Yeahh, i have the same problem. And i wanna know what this should be for bullshit. I tryed everything. Reboot my computer, reinstall the game. Nothing will help.
So please, help guys here on the forum.

Reboots are most of the time Hardware failures or old/invailid drivers.

Another reason for random reboots, is from memory confilcting.

Yes I'm going to clean out and check my fan as soon as I find some compressed air.
Why would I get an error like that? Is there anyway to check? Is there a fix, download from microsoft..
Another thing that suggests it's not my hardware overheating is that I've had this problem once before. I reformatted and everything was okay until now. (few months). I've run anti-virus, adaware, spybot and everything so far is clean.

Any Ideas?

The computer checks when there is wrong or wrong placed mem in your mobo when you start your computer (called POST i thought). So if you got bad mem thats causes bsof. So hardware problems

Do something like this:
Right click this computer > Propities > Advanced setting > Find there to turn of your computer when there is a error.
