to fix Account Creation Problem in --> ( SINGAPORE )

I've found out that people who are using SINGNET and thier modem is 2WIRE or some Other modem, Get an error of " 5 accounts can be created with an identical IP " or something like that.
* Tested with 4 people that never Register before using thier own computer using " 2WIRE MODEM " *

If you want to create an account, Ask people who are using STARHUB MAX ONLINE users to create for you and remember your password cant be changed when u created your account.

* tested with 3 people that registered once before *

You can try Pacific Net / Pac Net i've never tried REgistering with that ISP before.

This is what i think thats casuing the problem

" Singnet dynamic IP is shared with all SINGNET users all over singapore and each SINGNET dynamic IP is identical to one another that means 10 computers on differant internet plans with SINGNET DYNAMIC IPS is like 1 IP that means 10 IPS are the same "

i'm still a computer noob.. don;t flame me, and thats what i think only. This may not be the problem thats causing the registration problem, and this is what i Think ONLY and i may be wrong.
