Install it to the point where it says - Installing is not allowed, Blah blah blah, And then let it close.
Go to the folder wherever you targeted it to install, and double click on the launcher.
It will proceed to patch what isnt there, and hooray, you can play ^_^;;
(My mum went on a power trip recently and put my acc to limited this morning, And I uninstalled SRO in anger. this has helped me =p)

Hehe. For Windows XP users who didn't mess with the standard Administator account, you can just press F8 (or watever it is for you to select boot mode) and start on safe mode. It may seem laggy or messed up, but don't fear. Then, the user will be Administrator and the Passwrod is left blank. This will log you in as Administrator. Then you can just change yourself back to admin or whatnot.
Again, this is if you haven't messed with the admin account.(or maybe you have, it may still work. Give it a shot anyways).
I did this to install my SRO.

That only works if the person before you has NO knowledge of windows XP.
My way takes less hassle ^^;;
