Server inspection problem

Well sorry that I didn't use the search button lol but this is so annoying. I got a problem; when I open SRO it says server is under inspection. But all my friends are already playing lol, so what is wrong with this, I am the only one where SRO doesn't work? If anyone know the answer to this problem it would help me bigtime =p Thanks in advance

Restart your router / internet / clean internet cache and temp internet files

Still the same problem, I tried everything but reinstalling :p guess that's the only option left >.>

Next time please delete one of your posts if you have two threads about the same issue =)
