I wanted to buy silk on silkroad and payed using paypal... Paypal didn't liked something and limited my acc on that website and did a chargeback from silkroad... and now i have got baned from the game, problems with paypal is over and they sent money to silkroad... but nobody is replying to me. what should i do?
is there any posibility to get my account back?
please help me!

He already said that Paypal sent the money to Joymax
But considering how messed up Silkroad game is and how game management does not exist.
I imagine their Accounting management exists, but probably poor. They probably haven't even realized they recieved money for that banned account. So they wouldn't know to notify someone that in fact you did not get charge back.
Contacting Joymax is PAIN. REAL PAIN. I had forgotten the email address I put in one of my accounts. After a series of hacking spree on Aege server months ago, I changed my PW while it was late and tired as all get out. Freaken forgot the new PW and Email.
After sending them dozens of Paypal invoices and proof of ownership of account did they fix the problem.
But before I even got an answer, I had to wait about 2 weeks for the first reply. And the reply was, please email pay@joymax.com or something like that.
After emailing those mofos, took another week for a reply. And then another week for them to solve it.
1 month for a simple problem
You're in for a long haul of a wait.
Sometimes you get lucky, I've heard someone who had paypal troubles like you get their problem solved in 2 weeks. But he's the only one. Others waited over a month.
That's some serious customer service for you.
