How i can make/put avatar here (img)

without the "*"s

If you want an avatar, make sure you're logged into the forums.
Then click Profile.
Scroll all the way down and you can setup your avatar there.

For the server flag, you write the name of your server, i.e. Rome at Location, also in Profile.
