Help running silkroad on vista home basic

HI everyone.
I manage to install it an update but i can play it
Whenever i click start, it load gameguard then silkroad then boom, it turn off on itself because some dumb fault and window searching for solution but there is none
.
I already done everything you guys told except for mark on run as admin because i can't do it.
SO i would like to ask you guys teach me how to turn that mark in compatibility and also turn of every protection that block it.
