Apparently my sister needed more cash to buy puma shoes and other stuff on eBay so she canceled the latest payments on PayPal. This has happend to me before in other MMOs and shortly after I paid again and my account was unbanned, however, a friend told me that this kind of system is not applied in SilkRoad Online...
If it is applied, can someone explain me how to reach JM?

Once chargeback happens, the only way to get unbanned is to pay it if i'm correct, other then that there is no way to contact JM or get unbanned

Once you're banned there's no way to use the website when logged...

They used to have information for this on the SRO website, but I cannot find it, so I'll have to try it from my memory:
1. Get Paypal to undo the chargeback. Do NOT send a NEW payment.
2. Get Paypal to send JoyMax an email at pay@silkroadonline.net and paypro@silkroadonline.net (I'm not sure which of the 2 they use these days) stating that the chargeback has been reversed, and to reinstate your character.
3. Patiently wait until they fix your account, or send Morningdew an email at joymax.usa@gmail.com to speed up the process. This may take a few weeks; they're rather busy lately.
Never send them your password; they won't need it.

I have no idea. I don't let other people use my paypal account, so I don't suffer from these kinds of problems. :)
