hello evreybody!

well i realy hope that someone can find any sloution of my problem
cuz im realy upset
i hadnt play silkroad for more than 4 months now!!! so far

and im realy upset

well i have formated my laptop 4 months ago
and i lost the instalation
so i had to download it all over agian and thats happend
when silkroad released the eourpean update
thats mean the new clint diffrent than i have!!
so i download it with torrent and when i want to install it i got this problem
so i thought it might be the clinet is damaged
so i download it agian from filshack and tried agian and nothing happend
still the same problem
and i have allready tried so many times so far and i get bored of trying
and i realy need to play the game

so any one have any idea that might help????

and i keep getting this message whenever i press the install button
and when i tried to open the installation pack with winrar
i get the unexpected ending of archive error message and here is a screenshot:

lol delete your WinRAR then install sro

and why the hell should i delet my winrar

man is this the best u got i didnt say that the winrar s macking problems i said that the installation pack is making problems its self

and the winrar i just tried to open the installation pack with it so the problem is in the installation pack

plzzzz take a good lock before you replay man

man i cant extract it or do anything with it
when i try to install i got that error
and when i try to extract with a compression application
i got that error telling me that the file is damaged
so wat should i do

try downloadin winzip..

idk never had problem with winrar tho

This sentence makes it all clear : file is corrupt so I'm afraid you'll have to ... yep you guessed it , dl it again.

but man i told you
that i have allready done that
i allready downloaded it twice
once from the peer to peer and the other from filshak
and its the same so should i try agian or a third time agian??

The peer to peer, whas that the official link from sro main site or from somewhere else ? If not try the one from the official site (It will take al lot of time I know but atleast that should be a non corrupted file)

Did you in anyway lost your connection to the internet while downloading the file --> packets lost --> corrupt download.

Are you sure the file uploaded on fileshack is complete and not corrupted ? Might be that the person who uploaded it forget some files or had some problems uploading it.

Last solution, do you have friends nearby that play the game, try to get their installation file.
If they don't play the game, ask if you can try your installation file on their computer to check if it is not computer related.

Running out of ideas, but you can at least try some things. (start with my last suggestion )

well the file that uploaded on the filshak is officeal too you can found the link on silkroad site under the torrent link

and maybe its damaged

well ill try to download it 4 the last time with the torrent and i will give it a try

and i donot have anyone nearby me that play silkroad well but maybe ill try to use the installation pack on somebody's computer

nothink works

it shouldn't be downloading as a winrar file also unexpected end of archieve means the download was interupted probably your internet died while you downloaded it

try downloading it from the filefront link on the official site http://www.silkroadonline.net

Listen download it off fileshack or some place, but save it as an application not as winwar, after download open it with winrar and exctract, then run and voila. And since i see that you are using vista like me, if all goes wrong then right clock on the silkroad folder and do properties...>Compatability and run it in xp mode service pack 2.
