Ok, I have confirmed this is not a problem with system.
I have login using my friend's system and got the same error once i start killing mobs, tested on 4 systems at different locations.
It is the character problem, tried login with different characters and it worked just fine.
Would appreciate if someone can provide a solution

If this is a ingame error, there wont be anyone that can help here. The only that could help is Joymax. As we know they wont help you.
ps: All you can do is send a bugreport and hope they will fix the problem.

Yea, thats why I didn't bother even sending a bug report to Joymax.
But eventually I somehow got the error away.
I updated my DirectX to Microsoft Directx 9.0c August 2007 and also installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0.
Cheers
