Running behind router

Alrite, installed a fresh router today and both my brother and me play this game and well whenever one of us logs on the other disconnects or his game crashes...

is this because we are both playing with the same outgoing ip cause of the router or something?
and if so anyone know what to do about it, it's kinda frustrating

one should get a wireless usb .. i dont think you can both link to one router.

my bro is using the modem/router in his room, and im using a wireless USB in my room, everything works. Though sometimes we d/c but thats a different issue. We all d/c.

What router do you guys have?
Witch local LAN IP do you guys have? [ start > run > cmd [enter] > typ: ipconfig [enter] ]

i disconnected the router an i'll be going back to the store with it tomorrow, we even dc'ed when we were browsing the internet with thisone, so it is a problem with the router itself it seems ...
