how to register to official sro forum

i cant register....it says: You can write only as character's name.
Before you write, please make character in game and then change writers' name into character's name.

i have char ingame...so where i can change writers name? in my acc info i can only change char name.

for the same reason i couldnt participate in s.u.m event .
