What do i do iv got no programs open and it still comes up. I even close all no essiantial processes from Task Manager and that means all but the core stuff

Check your systray and taskmanager for programs it may be complaining about. Any programs that allow you to create/run macros, CD emulation software (DeamonTools, Alchohol), etc. You may not have a program like this open, but it may still be running in the background (such is the case with many programs that are set to 'load on system startup').

checked plus i can't do nothing about the ones deep in the background but they have been there foir ages i can't see no change but im only limited since recently because of my mom found porn in my bros area
