So I've played Silk earlier and quitted because I got sick of the log-in problem and now I want to play again on Europe.
The problem is, I have Silk, I have internet but they don't seem to like eachother.
See, whenever I start silk, my internet falls out, which it never does any other time.
I don't get it, and it's getting extremely annoying...
Anyone can help me?

My internet drops somewhere between when I'm typing my username and selecting my character. When it drops, so when I'm disconnected, my internet is completely out but after 10secs it's back on perfectly so I can go to whatever sites. I only installed Silkroad a few days ago.
I can do whatever I want with my internet, play online games EXCEPT Silkroad, why? I don't know!
I need help.

Well from your description, it looks like ur internet doesnt drop off, SRO_Client.exe is freezing ur comp and not letting you to do anything else.
Did you download the latest client from
http://www.silkroadonline.net?
Ok lets do this,
1. First uninstall Silkroad from add/remove programs in control panel.
2. Go to C:\Program Folders\ Rename or remove Silkroad folder.
3. Download the latest client from
http://www.silkroadonline.net and reinstall the game.
BTW, i had requested for your system specs too,
1. What Operating System (XP, vista, 90, 2k)??
2. What kinda internet connection u have (DSL, broadband, modem)??
Have you played SRO ever or is this the first time you are installing and playing?
PS - wen u uninstall sro, u wuld lose all ur screenshots of SRO, so backed it up if u need them.

Yes.

3. Download the latest client from
http://www.silkroadonline.net and reinstall the game.
So I need to delete silkroad and then download it again and install?
BTW, i had requested for your system specs too,
1. What Operating System (XP, vista, 90, 2k)??
Windows Xp
2. What kinda internet connection u have (DSL, broadband, modem)??
Modem, works fine just silk keeps "shutting it off".
Have you played SRO ever or is this the first time you are installing and playing? I've played silk some time ago yes and now I want to play again.
PS - wen u uninstall sro, u wuld lose all ur screenshots of SRO, so backed it up if u need them.
Nope, don't need them.

Yup, that is correct. Not sure if this can fix it up, but always better to give a try.
One more thing, u said u had a modem connection, not sure how far is this gonna help.... as i had a modem connection and it was freakin slow, i moved to DSL broadband now and game works 5ne... so gotta check on that too....

lol I know what it right away...its because the server hes connecting to is full
God your never gona be able to get on the server with a modem lmao...Dont even try lmao
This isnt like most MMOs with super expensive login servers. Their like El Cheapo servers from mexico or something.
They can only support a limited number of connections. Which is why they charge people for account reservation.
If you really wanna login I would wait untill after an update when the servers arent crowded. Buy some silk and get a premium ticket for preferred game access. That will let you login even when the servers are crowded.
Tellin you right now its not on your end its just the way Joymax servers are
....of course it wouldnt hurt to upgrade your connection to DSL or Cable
