i lag while installing, i lag when slikroad loading

i lag before i even get online.
but when i go on the internet it goes fine, tell me whts wrong.

2. What kinda internet connection do u have?

3. Was this a problem always??? or r u noticin it recently?

4. Did u run a virus check??
