C9 problem still not fixed!!!

Am calling all JM ang GM in SRO to please fiix this damn problem because we the filipino people who are playing silkroad online did invest also in this game. We are also one of the most buyer in silk, why is it that those who are concerned in this problem doesn't give a damn response? Is it because we are only the ones who are affected (Philippnes)? It's been 1 day that had passed, even a single response of GM's has not been made. Damn were just wasting our money for this game if this will not be solved. Please take action on this GM's!!!

Well my friend had the same problem and he had posted in the officical forum and this is wat he got as a reply from SRO,

Q. I am getting a C9 error, what does this mean?

This is a log-in issue that arises from log-in congestion. We will further improve our equipment and consistently work to bring you, our users, a smooth gaming experience.

sorry about posting here man, I just don't know were to post already coz in the forum in http://www.siilkroadonline.net there are no response from the Gm's, thanks God they have heard it already, again sorry for posting. :)

im having the same problem ^^ Its not only the Phillipines having the C9 error....i live in England
