Pc Lag or what?? [Help]

When im pvping, grinding, or just watchin i get random lag. My game just like freezes for like 10-20secs and then im either dead or almost and sometimes i run weird and other players look weird.

Connection speed? Type? System specs? Processes running while your playing SRO?

1.5mb adsl, cpu 3.0ghz, ram 1gb, hdd 200gb, gfc geforce 7600 gt, running msn, winamp, vent, kaspersky.

Probably the server lagging. I get those bugs with the players too happens to me after i get knocked down by a warrior or a blader

So whats the point in me playing if i just constantly lag.. Im over sro its really giving me the shits, not only lag but everything else..
