0 npc and i dont see the head on my screen

sometimes when i level up the quest thing pops up and tells me quest to do. sometimes they appear as 0. General sohnyal in jangan is one of them when i started doing tiger hunting compitition and also when i seletect a quest it appears 0 as when. Also my friends have the head on the top and i dont how do i fix this

The 0 thing is because they havent put in any info on that certain quest. Look here http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=490 and you will find all quests to do.

I don't understand the head problem though. Do you mean you can't see your name?

you cant see the reward , who is giving the quest etc.
