Problems after problems....HELP ME!!!

Ok i have a few problems please help me out!
1. Evry time i click on the sro icon to start the launcher it say "Detected Abnormal process...(systum error) wtf is up with that???
2. when i do logg in FINALLY and teleport to towns ferrys R Scroll SRO crashes X's by it self and this thing pop's up and say's ???? all this qestion mark stuff??? WTF
3. When i go trading or play and grind my computer either screen lags or gets frozen and have to shut off my computer FROM the turn off button on my PC it just f**in laggs like no TOMMROW!@#$@$%#$$%
Last but not least JOY MAX CAN"T FIX ANYTHING CAUSE THERE LAZY BUMBS WHO JUST WANT MONEY MORE LIKE GAY-TO-THE-MAX AHAHA HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT
