ATI Tray Tools Problem

Just downloaded the omega drivers and everytime ATT starts, I get a raphook.dll error.
"Access violation at address xxxxxxxx in module 'raphook.dll'. Read of address 00000000"
I dont know how to fix this. I have tried searching multiple forums, googled it for solutions. Nothing helpful. Also, my ATT wont let me change my fan setting. I dont know why either. Help please!
