Game Pads

I have an Ideazon Fang Game pad which I've set up with hotkeys for Silkroad.. Unfortunately, when I load up Silkroad the game pad defaults to the standard keys (IE: A is A instead of being left turn).. Does anyone know how to correct or what the cause is?

does ur game pad have any options of enabling or starting it up?

it loads when windows starts, always has.. The only thing I've changed is which key setup is default..

Anyone have any insight to this problem?
