How to prevent the ???? error?

I have gotten it twice with the Nvidia 256mb GeForce 8600GT Graphic card. Some people said uninstall the driver that dell gave u and install the driver that windows update provides? or nvidia. Could someone give me all the steps to this including the which folder to place the new drover in? What else can i do to stop this error?

1. Goto:
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
2. Check: Graphics drivers
3. Check: geforce 8 series
4. Check: Your Windows version
5 download.
Just unpack it in a folder you want. Then dubble click the "setup.exe" and all should go well! Good luck!

Since its Dell computer, u can reach Dell and tell them to provide u with the latest drivers for NVIDIA... then can provide and guide u thruough on installation.
I used to work for Dell > thats y referrin u back to Dell
Lemme know if u dont get help from them

sry i didnt get ather img but it shows everything i think

Same error for me, it seems that sro_client has some builtin bugs
