I have found a small way to fix the bugs......the pre-release torrented client, is the issue. Uninstall Silkroad, restart the computer, download the EXE file NOT the torrent one, and then you just install that, for me, it made the game fine, what i think happened was the Torrent pre release was one with bugs, they fixed those bugs before they released the download exe for fileshack.

BUMP I have proof that it's right.

The file hosted on fileshack originated from the torrent if im not mistaken.

I downloaded the torrent and had no problems installing it....well, i kinda did, but it had nothing to do with the installer...it was something with my machine.
