Arg.. The new site is blocking capital letters! - Help.

Since the update of the website, I have been unable to login to http://www.silkroadonline.net because my password includes an 'M' in it and only "small english letter and number" are allowed. I cannot change my password because the answer to my secret question also has a 'N' in it because it is the name of a place. If anyone has any contact info or solutions please let me know because the report bug page in the customer support yeilds no results - I've tried like 10 times.
