white boxes ontop of my char and other ppls char

Whenever I play SR I see a rectangular box ontop of my characters head and sometimes on other characters head too. How can i fix this?

the boxes are probly the symbols by there names for beginers , or thief symbols e.t.c .. go into options on the menu in the game and you can tick a box to turn it off .
but if your not seing the symbols proply maybe you need a faster graphics card

maybe if you lower the graphics settings it may help a bit aswell ,,
