Server examination / working time??

Hey i downloaded the game, and installed it. Now that i put it on it says:

The server is ine exmination or out of working time. Connect to http://www.silkroad.co.kr to see more information.

Now whats that?? even the english silkroad website doesnt open

By the way when i press ok, a screen appears with the wallpaper of some character, and on top it says Version 1.006 is it perhaps a wrong version??

its gone down for a whle ,, dont worry when its up and running again it will auto patch to the new version
