Freezeing/blackouts

i have been playing silkroad normally but now after i start moveing in about 5 seconds it will freeze for about 5 secs then black out and come back to normal...any reason why this is happening? i have sempron 2200+
1g ram and a radeon 9250 (256mb)

your graphics card might be overheated.

Overheated vid carts have most of the time Artifacts

maybe he is right my pc has been running programs for 3 days straght and overnight
