utorrent problem ----EUROPE DOWNLOAD

i dont know if someone posted before....anywayz

i use windows vista...and the utorrent for vista is vers 1.7

but the utorrent of the europe client is 1.6...-___- which means
the downloader of the europe client is not working for my pc....

can someone just let me download the actual torrent, NOT the downloader? or plz fix the downloader to 1.7 for utorrent?
