my silkroad wont stop crashing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok was in game grinding and guess what it crash with his error
OS Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 build 2600
CPU IntelR PentiumR 4 CPU 3.40GHz
Memory Physical1022.4MB, Page2463.2MB, Virtual2047.9MB
Graphic Card HAL mixed vp NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX
Graphic Card Version 6.14.0011.5822
Graphic Driver Date 2007- 4-20 0605
Buildexe [2000-00-00] [000000]
now every time i try to log in it crashs and gives me this ive tryed reinstalling and restarting then i tryed on my laptop still does it then i tryed loging in to the Same account just a diff chr and boom it works so i log out and tryed again on my lv 70 for some Farking reason it wont stop crashing on my lv 70 rite when i log in with him i see the bak of his body for a spilt sec then it crash some one please tell me what this is about or what i need to do
