Can't access the SRO page

I am using Mozilla Firefox. For some reason, I cannot access the SRO page to download the Europe Client. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Use a WebProxy.
Use IE
Call to your network provider
Use cmd to ping silkroad webpage.

A WebProxy does not allow me to log in...

IE is crap and I refuse to use it. It also will not display the page

I do not have a network provider

What the hell is a CMD?

Its not CMD its cmd abbreviated as command.

do this,
go to START > RUN > in the open box type in cmd
this wuld open a DOS prompt (Black screen)
Type in ping http://www.silkroadonline.net and hit enter.

i had the smae prob, i used IE and fire fox both didnt work. I installed Norton Anti Virus and it works fine. Cept i cant log in or anything, if i try to log in itll take me back to the homepage where i can eithe choose europe link or homepage link

Woah, that even works well in firefox.

Which just makes me hate jm more for not allowing firefox users to view their page...
