Serious Problem...HELP APPRECIATED

well i used to play sro and then stopp for a while cus i started gettin buisy...now i wanted to start playin it again so i download it and everythin. When i open the game and press start it goes to the game guard and loads, then iit goes to the little screan that says silkroad.Thats were the problem comes in, it jus stays at that screen iv tried leavin it for like an hour still there ( Its not reponding basically). Every like 1 in 18 trys it will actually load the game but like freez before it gets to the loggin screen......IV TRIED RESTARTING, REINSTALLIN A 100 TIMES FROM DIFFRENT LINKS, UPDATED MY DRIVES...what else can i do?? PLZ NYHELP WILL BE RLLY RLLY APPRECIATED!........p.S I just did a system reboot currently if that affects nything...Also im not sure if i got the rite updates for my drives i wasnt rlly sure how to... I got a Ati mobility radeon x600, and a amd athilon 64 processor if nyone knows the rite place to get the proper updates!

actually im not sure. Can you run sro with your taskmanager open (CTRL + ALt + Delete) and check the system. Check howmany CPU usage you got and howmuch SrO usage for memory.

Edit; if this are not to high, its prob you vid card.

it might be a virus. That same thing used to happen to me when i had a trojan virus on my computer. Scan your computer to see if anything is wrong.

Hey, i think it is a trojan virus, but for some reason my Protection wont delete it...Im tryin something else rite now to get rid of it, but if u know nything else i can do to delet the trojan virus.

I used a program called KasperSky to get rid of it. I asked for help and MastaChiefX recommended it to me. I just had the trial version and that was good enough to get rid of the virus. That and Ad-aware.
