I have installed SRO, updated it, and then I clicked Start. It ran the Guard, and then just crashed and showed this window. What can I do to get my game running ?

Oh yeah I remember now..
You need to right click on the silkroad icon and make it run in win 98 I think.

Right Click > Properties > The Right Tab > Run this program in win 98

Tried win 95? Or tried to reinstall the game?`
Try to install new drivers to your grapich cards and so on.

I have the latest drivers for my ASUS Radeon A9200SE, so either the card is not supported by the game or something else causes the problem...

I am having the exact same problem. I tried what Velvetino suggested and the problem remains. However this problem only occured today, and I have been playing for over 2 and a half weeks with a level 30 in Troy. I am not sure what happened, and I cannot seem to fix this problem in any way. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Droopy

I dont know what the problem could be, sounds like a update or something messed up a few peoples games. Try to reinstall it, otherwise i dont know what to do. Hope it'll work out!

I have got mine to work as of this morning. I reinstalled from a different site then silkroadonline.com. I didn't use any other programs during the download, installation, or the updating of the patch. Try it, if you havent gave up already. The site I downloaded it from was like gamers hell or something.
