I am lagging, and really bad. When I move, it waits around four minutes, and then he just appears where I said to go. I can't open stalls or anything like that, or join parties.

My computer is pretty good. I don't know alot about technical stuff, but I do know more than most people in my family. I live in the USA, so it couldn't be the Taiwan earthquake, cutting off underwater cables. Please, please, please, please, please help me. Thank you!

Graphics card DEFINATELY!! Although, i lag bad anywhere, and thats because i only have 256mb ram :\
Gonna get 512mb ram soon

You have so little ram and did not mention your g-card. So problem might be ur g-card.
