Fail to connect to server. (C9)

most of the time when i connect to sro and click connect, the game pause for 10 or 12 sec then appear this message "Fail to connect to server. (C9)". can anyone tell me y? and help me fix it?

i c tis problem wen my server is CROWDED :banghead:

actually not CROWDED ..its OVERCROWDED

this happened to me too but only when i click connect twice after typing in the image verification code. But then when i click connect again when that message appears, it lets me in.

PS I have two PT's on the same server but different chars running. Which is not worthless since Im moving to different server. What a waste!

Over the last week I have gotten this error about 70% of the time trying to connect to aege server.

I have 2 computers and 2 accounts. One acount has a premium ticket and it still gets the error and can't connect.

I am surprised we are the only ones complaining, since it seems to not be computer related or anything.

Yes, I also have it, it's so anoying. It is not because the server you wanna join is overcrowded, because the start button and the news on the startscreen is allready loading very slow when I have it.
