GUILD PICTURE NEED HELP!!!

i am trying to make my guild picture. i am making it 16*in hieht and 32 in lenth so i can cut it in half and make 1 union and one guild and all i want it to say is W*A*R in bright blue letters but when ever i try make it it goes all pixaly what can i do to stop this bc every one elses is fine!!!

Is the problem wit the PCITURE ur tryin to make?
Is the problem wit ur comp wen u try to view te picture the WAR is pixaly??

It goes all pixely because the images are only 16 x 16. Since it is so small it is not going to look beautiful...
