It means there is a server inspection going on. Tuesday is the normal inspection day, though there might be an emergency inspection at any time. Don't know if there is one now though.

Do this:
1 Open C\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
2 Click on HOST file and open with Note pad.
3 Confirm or change the following [copy/paste including all #’s]
# Copyright c 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments such as these may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a # symbol.
#
# For example
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1 localhost
And you should be done....

if you live in egypt or israel its because you live there.
there has been a recent problem with server disconnections in that area and you just have to wait til its been fixed.

Call your ISP provider and check if they are not blocking the sro IP and ports. I had a problem with updating afew months ago and it came out that it was my ISP provider's firewalls blocking it.
Im kinda lazy to look for the IPs right now but if you can't find them,Ill do it for you.

i told you its because you live in egypt, israel, or somewhere in the middle east.
i can tell by your confirm button.
official sro forums indicate that there has been a problem with server disconnects in that part of the world, just wait a couple days and it will hopefully be fixed.
