HOW TO PLAY WITH VISTA
I tried downloadin silkroad online with my new pc. it has windows vista.. When i try to unzip the silkroad folder to download, it only gets half way?? Does silkroad online work with windows vista??? I only see windows xp 64 bit and xp when trying to download off site?/ can some1 plz help???
SRO is incompatible with Vista (especially because it's a beta version). They announced it on their site a while back.
I'm not sure but you can try running SRO using ubuntus (check the thread in this forum). Or just switch back to XP.
One solution might work, though it works more for game crashes and bugs than installations - get the DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft (windows Vista uses DirectX 10 by default, but the game supports only 9,0c).
