Silk Error

I can't sem to purchace silk as I go through the steps this is what happends.
As you can tell I was logged in to start the process but then after hitting accept it promps me to login again then I get a payment error report and try again the next day.
this has been happening for a week now.
Any Idea's would be helpfull as I've posted 1 bug report on this each day with no resolve.
