Updating from 1.062, you say? Hasn't anyone considered that he might be one of the few who actually need to install the patch?
get it here from joymax's original site and try to install it. It should solve your problem.

Why don't you tell us what the damaged .dll is so we can upload or send it to you. Then you can just overwrite it with the current one.

@Solidusregime, it is GFXFileManager.dll that is damaged. But u cant send him a dll .. it wuld get blocked.
@thread owner, this issue is with ur client for SRO. u wuld hav to get 1.062 to fix this up. I had this problem couple of days back.. i uninstalled and got the game downloaded from http://www.silkroadonline.net and updated DirectX and it worked fine.. i got 1.062 atm :)

@b4b4s666: The client not updating past 1.059 is also common and is easily solved by re-downloading and re-installing the game (prefferably to a different folder than the one it was in).
@truez: What do you mean you have 1.062? Didn't you update to 1.098?
@Levicious: Please reply here so we'd know if your problem was solved :)

That's the first time I've heard of such an error. Replacer.exe is a file found in the main silkroad folder. If it's damaged, perhaps you just need to replace it. I can upload it for you, I suppose. I'll send you a link in a private message.
