C10 Error....HELP!

I just find out that I keep getting the C 10 Error becouse of my Internet provider.
I just realised this last night after conecting on internet with other internet source than my usual one.

Can anyone help me by telling me the how can I solve this problem, or what IP address do I have to give my Internet Provider after I call them?

I tryed to find this information on the net...but didn't know exactly where to look.
