The ???? Error at start up

Hi,

I just went to start up SRO as lately i have been getting the ????? error before anything shows up. This happens at least every 3rd or 4th time i try starting SRO up. The error reads

OS: Windows XP Professional Edition Service Pack 2(build 2600)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz
Memory : Physical(3455.2MB), Page(7389.0MB),Virtual(2047.9MB)

Thats all its says other then all the pretty ?????? everywhere. Thanks for any help you can throw my way. :)
