No anti-aliasing

Hey,
I started playing silkroad today but the first thing I noticed was that there was no anti-aliasing. I am pretty sure this is not normal and I have searched on google and came to a topic on this forum that said to turn off bloom and it would work, however that didn't work. It's pretty anoying how everything in the distance looks like it's flickering because of the lack of anti-aliasing
Here's a screenshot of my problem (notice the ladder effect):
My videocard is NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT. I've installed it's latest drivers today.
I really hope someone knows a solution, so I can play whilst enjoying nice graphics
