How do you contact a GM, anyway?

I realize that it is probably a lost cause to do so, but then I don't even know how to go about losing the cause.

So say I see a botter...and I decide to throw good time after bad and actually report him. How do I send a message to a GM?

You are never to contact a GM directly. Fraps/record the botter and follow the directions in this thread.
