how to find the ports of sro?

could someone please help me out with this ? i cant get conected to silkroad with under inspection bug.. although i've had tried everything posted on the sticky. and now i suppose it is because my ports is not opened and i have to contact to my campus IT department to open the ports. i think they require the tcp ports and udp ports to open. could anyone show me how to find these ports ?
