SRO Windows vista.... HELP!!

Arighty so yeah , just got my new laptop and i've downloaded SRO but for some reason it gets half way and just says cant install or something like that.. doesnt anyone know a way to get out of it.. il be happy to type up the error but am going to have to download the game over again since i deleted for some stupid reason. but yes can someone please help me!!!
