Ksro account creation help

ok, now before you think : creating a ksro account is impossible because you need a korean ID number, you should read what i have already done...
i have made my korean ID ( 930118-1123451 )
i have made my Yah0o! account
Yah0o! account fully working
but now my problem is : i get an error when i want to make the kSRO account on the kSRO site. anyone can explain why?
