can get into the game

everytime i try to get into the game i cant i click the client and then the box pops up wit the option, guide and then the start thing when i click it gamgaud comes on after its done laoding a box pops up which says D3D9 Application Wanring: Nothing will eb rendered. The reference rendering device was selected, but your computer only has a reduced-fuctionality reference device installed. install the directx SDK to get the full reference device. but the problem is i installed directx SDK already after i read it i click OK then it says Generic application error. Enalbe debug putput for detailed information theis program will nwo close then again i click the ok then another thing pops up with all these questoin marks and has info on my comp like graphic memory CPU OS ext. and at the bottom are to question marks and even if u try both nothing happenes wat do i do plz help[/img]

Go to the Start menu
Go to Run
Type in "dxdiag"
Go to the "Display" tab
Click the button that says "Test Direct3D"
If you get errors, reinstall direct X and/or your video driver
If it still doesn't work, I would blame your graphics card
